From IAB: Protocol models document

Eric Rescorla has a rought draft for an I-D that he
would appreciate feedback on. I took a quick look at
it, and it seems to me if people follow this advice,
then reviewing documents would become much easier for
people like ourselves but also for others.

The ptr is: http://www.rtfm.com/model.txt

Feedback to Eric or to the iab mailing list please.

Thanks,
Bert
