Change to Telechat Schedule

Dear IESG Members:

With Harald's approval, the deadline for submitting ballot positions for 
the bi-weekly IESG teleconferences has been moved from Thursday at 10:00 
a.m. Eastern Time to Thursday at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  This change to 
the schedule will provide the Secretariat staff with at least a brief 
period of time to review the status of the documents prior to the meeting.
