i do not know, but that is a significant worry to me.

tomorrow, i am meeting with, Woohyong Choi <choi@bfbi.net>, who is
helping with the seoul ietf net.  i will learn more then.

some of the net problems here are caused by blaster worms.  some
are beyond the site (i sat on the border router and lost 35% of
packets to tokyo).
