apnic - second day better

the net works today, though not well.  still packet loss, but
usable.  philip smith, of cisco, has been massively helpful
cleaning up the creative routing and filtering.  george michaelson,
of apnic, has been cleaning up infected microsoft users' machines,
and wondering if this is why he went to university.  

so internally, i is looking like your kinda normal mess this week.
and the external creativity is being normalized.

more on the meeting content later in the day.  so far, ipv6 sig
seems normal, still trying to get a feel for allocation policy
needs.  someone from ntt tried to explain site-local problems,
poor guy.
