draft-ietf-magma-snoop

Russ had some comments on the security considerations section
of draft-ietf-magma-snoop.  He sent the comments to the authors,
but they still haven't replied.

So, I think that we should wait for a resolution before
publishing this document (which I put on the agenda for this
week).
