"broadband" ISPs to get IPv6 service, if we adopt the limited version of
draft-moore-6to4-dns-03.txt that is outlined in the above document, it will
result is no IPv6 6to4 users getting a working reverse map.

  I.e. the above document is pretty much a "do nothing" document.

  (btw, the document has expired, so how can I review it? the text should have
been copied!) 

  I strongly suggest that we do need the kind of mechansim outlined in
section 3.2 of draft-moore-6to4-dns-03.txt. This will work. Even for people
who have LinkSys/D-Link DSL sharing boxes and know nothing about forward or
reverse, but are thrilled to now have IPv6.
