We are reluctant to abandon this document since both we and you have
invested significant effort in making it editorially acceptable.
However, the arguments raised by Narten, Aboba, Carlson, and
(especially) Fox raise such serious doubts about its technical validity
that we cannot consider publishing this document.  We will withdraw it
from IESG consideration.

We do appreciate your efforts.
