draft-blumenthal-aes-usm

Have people read draft-blumenthal-aes-usm yet?  I had thought it was on 
the last agenda; I now see that my unfamiliarity with the new system 
caused me to send out a ballot but not add it to the agenda.  I know 
that Ned has read it, since he's already recorded a no-ob.  Have other 
folks been looking at it?  More precisely, is it too late to add it to 
this week's call?
