Status of RADEXT Issues 115 and 116

All the items included in RADEXT Issues 115 and 116 have been resolved
in the draft-ietf-radext-ieee802-01.txt revision, with the exception of:

    The term "terminal" is not defined in the draft. I suspect
    it identifies the network entity which contains the IEEE 
    802.1X Supplicant function, but this should perhaps be 
    clarified.

This issue still exists in the -01 draft, in Section 2.5.
