I got few comments and additions to Jari's review.

Actually, RADIUS is now allowed end to end. So all possible combinations
exists (RADIUS or Diameter on AN, and RADIUS or Diameter on operator
size).

And then about the draft..

Aren't there three ways? The two as described above and the redir_cnt?
