will be addressing the Vancouver Institute on March 25, 2000 at 8:15 p.m. in Lecture Hall No. 2 in the Woodward Instructional Resources Centre, University of British Columbia.

Energy, Environment, and the Left

Dr. Cameron is an educator, businessman, and active participant in community economic development. His work includes books, plays, films, radio and TV scripts, and innumerable magazine articles. He is also a columnist with the Halifax Chronicle Herald and the Globe and Mail. He has held teaching positions at UBC, Dalhousie University, and the University of New Brunswick, and has been writer-in-residence at the University of PEI and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. He was the first Dean of the School of Community Studies at the University College of Cape Breton.
