Mail moderation

I am the temporary moderator of this list during Bert Wijnen's
vacation.

Thomas just brought to my attention that mails from unsubscribed
members don't show up with proper mailheaders when I approve them.
Also, there was an delay in approving messages earlier this week due
to a misunderstanding on how the approval system works. This was
solved earlier this week.

I am able to approve messages now, but you will see my mail headers
instead of the ones from the original sender. I am trying to figure
out how to fix that (I already got a lot of advise, but nothing works
so far :-(), in the mean time please make sure that you copy everybody
in your CC list when responding to messages that arrive via the
moderator.

My apologies for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you
experience any more or other problems, and I will try to fix this as
quick as possible.
