The issues raised by the AAA Doctors relate to the draft's implications
for RADIUS, not DHCP.  Perhaps Ralph is referring to a discussion of RFC
3396 applicability to DHCP Relay Options.  However, I was not able to find
a discussion of the RADIUS implications on the DHC WG list.  In any case,
is DHC WG the right place to discuss those RADIUS implications?
