I'm back on CERN



since the Oct 13, 16:47 sample, I am using CERN again.

Note: I added code to the script that emits the last 2 traceroute lines when
it signals "failure". It shows that the so-far-seen reason for "failure" is packet
loss, not downtime - if the last of the 3 pings is lost, it doesn't find its "ms" marker.
