LSP Encoding Type

Hi All,
         If a particular implementation supports LSP encoding type as
SDH ITU-T G-707 1996, Does this mean it can't support signals like
AUG-1, AUG-4, AUG-16, AUG-64 or AUG-256 ? If it can support then how ?
