The G.707 1996 and 2000 indications are artificial indications not
supported by ITU-T. SDH equipment is not designed to meet either 1996 or
2000 versions of G.707. IETF better drops this from GMPLS as it will
only cause confusion in my opnion.

For your implementation, my recommendation is to simply ignore this.

Concerning AUG-X support, G.707 doesn't support it and neither does
T1.105. It's a proprietary extension of SDH/SONET.
