Difference in IETF and OIF Signal Type Values

Hi All,
      There is some mismatch in signal type values supported in
OIF and IETF. As per Service discovery procedure of LMP, it supports
SDH signal types as VC-3, VC-3 via AU-3, VC-4 etc. It does not support
VC-11/VC-12/VC-2 etc. The OIF document support the LOVCs only by means
of hierarchical LSPs where the HOVCs are established as forwarding
adjacency (FA). But GMPLS ccamp-gmpls-sdh-sonet-01.txt draft
supports these LOVCs (VC-11/VC-12 etc) without even supporting
hierarchical LSPs.
