data link fsm in LMP draft

Hi all,
There seems to be some inconsistency in draft draft-ietf-ccamp-lmp-00.txt .
In section 8.3.2 "Data Link Events" defines the various events in the data
link FSM.
The events evTestRet and evVerifyAbrt have been assigned the same number 11.
whereas each of them should be given a separate number. This leads to some
confusion
in the data link FSMs.(section 8.3.3. and 8.3.4)
