Hi All,
If minimum reservable bandwidth of an STM-16 link in interface
switching capability TLV is VC-3, does this mean it can't switch VC
-2/VC-11 etc ? In other words, if a request comes for establishing an LSP
with signal type as VC-11, it can't establish this LSP ?
STM-16 has 16 branches, if each of these branches support different
min. reservable bandwidth then does this mean it will be having 16
interface switching capability TLVs ?
Is this a deviation from SDH/SONET where u can't assume that if minimum
reservable bandwidth is say VC-2 and max. reservable bandwidth is say STM-1,
it doesn't mean that all the signals viz. VC-4, VC-12, VC-3 etc. (i.e. that
fall under STM-1 and VC-2) are supported ?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Regards,
manoj.
