NH=> Agreed in general....but if one is doing something technical one
assumes there is a problem it is solving.  I am showing that the 'business
problem' is not at all clear (even if we had loads of money to spend at the
moment)....irrespective of the right/wrongs of the particular 'technical
solution'.
