Fiber and wavelength labels

Hi All,
           In order to request a bi-directional SONET/SDH LSP, one need
to include upstream label in the path message. Can I establish a uni
-directional lambda or fiber LSP (i.e. with label as wavelength or
label as fiber) i.e. sending out path message without including
upstream label ? If a bi-directional lambda or fiber LSP be
established, can it have different wavelengthId or FiberId in opposite
directions as the label value ?
