RE: Two week Last Call on LMP (Section 6.4 & 6.5)

Looking at draft-ietf-ccamp-lmp-02.txt:

Sections 6.4 and 6.5 describe the Channel Status/Active (and Deactive)
putting the corresponding channel into (or taking it out of) the
'Active'
state. At the moment, there is no 'Active' state in the TE Link FSM,
Section
12.3.

Does going into the 'Active' state correspond to transition 9:
evLnkAlloc
and leaving the 'Active' state correspond to trasition 10: evLnkDealloc?
