Optical Equipment Vendors Input Required

Hi All,
         My question is directed towards optical vendors. If a
optical vendor gets GMPLS software stack from some portable software
company where would u like to keep the GMPLS label allocation
(resource allocation) module ?

Whether the optical vendor would like the signalling module doing the
label allocation or would like to keep the control of label
allocation with itself ?
