As Ben stated, while 32 bit labels are (currently) the norm for CType 2, 
RFCs 3473 and 3471 indicate that the length is variable.  If this is the 
 case a header is required to parse the subobjects.  If the length of 
CType 2 labels is fixed at 32 bits, the RFCs should be corrected to 
indicate this.
