How are SONET/SDH labels (SUKLM fields) calculated.

Hi friends,

I would like to know that given a SONET/SDH traffic params, how would 
downstream LSR
calculate label values (SUKLM values).

I have gone through RFC draft-ietf-ccamp-gmpls-sonet-sdh-07.txt, but 
couldn't
corelate the values of SUKLM fields to the traffic params.

Am I missing something, or need to read some more info on SONET/SDH as I am 
new on
this topic. In that case any pointers would definitely help.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
