Okay, I have been corrected -- there were a few comments, mostly
editorial in nature.  I suggest that the authors respin the doc, and
when they do, we will have a one week Last Call.

In the previous Last Call, many folks replied to me personally.  It is
in general preferable to reply to the list, in the interest of a more
open and accountable IETF process.  If you do wish to reply privately,
include at least one of the chairs and one of the ADs.
