An updated reference of the control plane resililence for GMPLS

Title: An updated reference of the control plane resililence for GMPLS

Hi ccampers,

Thank you for your comments of "A reference of the control plane resililence for GMPLS".
From several comments, I reviewed ITU-T documents such as the latest G.7712 and G.8080.
For an updated reference, attached the ITU-T(G.7712and G.8080) contents for control plane resililence is here.
Then, I updated my draft presented in the 57th meeting into draft-kim-ccamp-cc-protection-04.txt.

I think that there is a clear difference between ITUT-T's resilience and my draft's resilience in control plane.
I think that my draft focuses on the resilience capability of control plane from the view-point of the protection and restoration of control channels between two adjacent nodes with associated, non-associated, and quasi-associated control relations.

while the ITU-T documents focus on the resilience capability of control plane from the view-point of the protection and restoration of LSPs between ingress and egress nodes.

If possible, I'd like to propose the control plane resilience as a recharter item, based on draft-kim-ccamp-cc-protection-04.txt.

But, still I'm not sure whether the control plane resilience is included in the existing charter or not.
I want to get comments about this point from ccampers.
