Yes, I have a great interest in this work as a service provider because
monitoring alarms is very important for service management.
In addition performance monitoring should be considered in
conjunction with alarm monitoring for total service management.
I think the ccamp WG is an appropriate working group to discuss
both aspects since the ccamp working group deals with the
measurement plane.
