RE: new to cdn internetworking

There is an Internet Draft dedicated to describing the current content
routing techniques that are being deployed. A new version of this draft has
been produced for the forthcoming IETF meeting in December (known content
routing techniques).

One of the problems with providing effective content routing is that you are
trying to bridge the gap between application-layer information and IP
routing infrastructure. I think many people would agree that a DNS race
solution is nicely application independent, but certainly has potential
limitations.

If you are actively researching this area, I for one would certainly be
interested in reading the findings.

Ok, sorry...

I mean, what are solutions for CDI based on level 3 (intelligent routers)?
I think it is a better approach than DNS one... but as I said, I'm new to
this topic and I'm still looking up...
