I propose :

Internet Service Provider (ISP) : entity, service, organization, company, ...,
	providing IP paquet transport for somebody else.

We can restrict the definition to :
Internet Service Provider (ISP) : entity, service, organization, company, ...,
	providing IP paquet transport for somebody else, from an to Internet.
