If a DNS server chooses to automagically support queries in a variety
of encodings, then it may as well include ACE in the set of supported
encodings. This way, IDN-aware applications, which send ACE queries,
will work anywhere, and IDN-unaware applications might still work if
they happen to be using one of these magic name servers.
