While I do not understand the relevant of this wrt to the WG process, I
am going to answer it just-for-the-hack-of-it.

All communication with Walid are authored depending who wrote it. But
co-chairs communications are reviewed between the co-chairs.

Please define "personal" communication.

If you mean if it is private, then the answer is "yes" altho Walid has
publish some of them on their website.

If you mean if it is individual email, then some are written as WG
co-chairs, some are individual members. Email as clearly labeled as
such.

This question should be answered by Walid since the WG chairs do not
know any private communication between IDA Author and Walid.
