I hope my note was not taken to imply anything else. I meant to
suggest that a security-focused draft might receive somewhat
different handling than the "need supporters to post" model for
protocol-focused or process-focused drafts. I share your view
that we should stop having discussions about things that people
reference, but don't write drafts about.
