Are there any decisions on the architectural and relationship 
between all these drafts?  I thought it is an open question.  
Please enlight me.

Are you suggesting an IDN hostname search engine below  
a current DNS search engine?  So for most "mixed script" 
of your definition would have to go through two searches to 
find its hostname?
