This draft has been superceded by a better implementation:
yielding upto at least 21 han characters (63 octets) and typically at least
39-40 latin based characters, and still use a highly efficient and simple
XOR differential one-pass encode and decoding scheme.  Which means it is
much more efficient than ACE-Z.
I have not submitted the document as a formal draft yet, but will do so
shortly.  You could find the document at

Included in the document is also a sample C implementation.
