I like to see some quantify prove for this.

as a chinese i am quite happy without reordering. (in fact, i am already
happy with utf5 15 label limtation but thats another story). nor have i
heard verisign (or other registries) registration stop due to lack of
reordering for CJK.

so u mean a "zq--dskjssdljdssdds32" is better than
"zq--jdzpzxcklxx9jspsddsdsd" to naked eye? I cant believe this
statement.
