The author (whomever that may be) of the proposed changes to the WG charter,
"Description", and "Action Items" sections, contributed nothing useful, as
my prior note pointed out.

To be pendantic, I'm not "asking for deletion", you (or someone else, whoever
that may be), is asking to change the charter -- description, action items,
and goals and milestones.

If anything, this surprise "rechartering" is something that begs explination.
