In the "testbed" registration data, how many actually registered "names"
*do* mix SC and TC in *one* name?  And, of course, how many
SC or TC names are registered?

The registrations done people involved with the SC/TC discussion here,
or people/organisations/companies somehow associated with them
should be disqualified in the counting of such names, so as to remove
any irrelevant and possibly biased registrations.

I don't think that "testbed" data should wander into mapping tables for
IDN of any sort.  I'd just like to find out if there is an actual problem or not.
