	I'll put it another way.  Your plan requires that registries
	delegate both normalised and (potentially multiple)
	unnormalised forms of every delegation.  If they just
	delegate the normalised form the unnormalised request may
	not match against normalised delegation.

	You are applying two *different* sets of transformations
	to generate the wire form depending the query type being
	looked up.  Delegations are independent of the query type
	being looked up.
