Liar. I started by quoting two lines from Klensin saying that TC/SC was
``not analogous to case-mapping.'' I then quoted Seng's TC/SC response,

I attribute your behavior to malice because it cannot be adequately
explained by stupidity. It is simply not possible to read my message
without observing that I was talking about case-mapping.

This is not the first time that you have blatantly misrepresented the
statements of people who object to IDNA.

I have heard, by the way, that some of your company's products are not
8-bit-clean: in particular, they fail to handle UTF-8 transparently. Is
this true? Your position on the IESG gives you substantial power to
elevate your company's interests above the interests of the community;
you have a clear conflict of interest if you are making decisions on
proposals that affect your company's products.
