I guess there is some confusion here. INTEGER and Integer32 are indeed
indistinguishable as far as the on the wire representation is
concered. They are also semantically equivalent, except that you can
use INTEGER for enumerations but not Integer32. And for this reason
(and general clarity), I consider it good style to use INTEGER only
for enumerations and Integer32 only in all other cases. But this is of
course something others may not agree on (and luckily, smilint allows
you to turn these stylistic warnings off if you disagree).
