Your scenario is captured by line #4 in table 1 (public v4 address), and line #12 in table 2 (private v4 address). Possibly also line #3 in table 1 and line #11 in table 2 if the application running on MN is v4.
Right, I see what you mean: an IPv4 application that runs through a Mobile IPv6 tunnel that itself goes through an UDPv4 traversing NAT. If I were to suggest enhancements of the draft I'd propose an additional level: an IPv6 host application running through the previously mentioned IPv4 application that runs on Mobile Router through the Mobile IPv6 tunnel than runs through the UDPv4 tunnel that traverses the NAT... just a thought.
On another hand, I don't think that applications that run on a Mobile Terminal as IPv4 are not capable of running as native IPv6, with a little porting effort. This is why I think that maybe only line 4 table 1 applies to my scenario.
