next steps?

Folks, 

It's been a bit quiet on this list. Before christmas
I said I was going to write up a brief charter for 
a one-off BoF (not to be a WG) and solicited some 
help. I haven't heard from anyone. So given the lack
of cycles here and my complete lack of time till after
IETF (I won't have time to make to the next meeting) I'll
wait till the following one, unless someone else wants to
take the lead. It's unfortunate because I really wanted
to have this BoF before Thomas leaves, but it looks like
it's not going to happen this time.
