security rqmts support

the Security section of the draft-reynolds-mobile-isp-requirements-00.txt
document seems to be quite thorough in expressing the multiple areas of
security requirements from an operator's perspective. One of the major
concerns of an operator (Mobile Internet Service Provider) implementing the
Next Generation Network (a.k.a. All-IP) is the whole new approach to
security, moving from a circuit switched telephony architecture to in
Internet based architecture. Risk evaluation and assessment will become a
major topic area - in fact, 3GPP2 TSG-S is in the process of establishing a
new Working Group for e2e security.

Sprint PCS strongly supports the Security section.
