Let me also add, that if we want to add something like

    "Copyright (C) The Internet Society (year). This version of
     this MIB module is part of RFC xxxx; see the RFC itself for
     full legal notices."

Then it comes in handy to refer to an RFC where people can
actually find the MIB module... or so I think
