I guess you mean RFC2493 (not 2934) ?

I believe that atommib is doing just clarifications and such
and wants to advance to DS

I believe that adslmib is extending (adding objects) for
64bit values. That would prevent from advancing to DS,
and ATOMMIB has another MIb that wants to go DS that 
depends on 2493 if I remember well.

I think that Mike Heard has all the details in his head
w.r.t. atommib work.
