I also feel uneasy about the fate-sharing dependencies. In SNMPv2p, we found fate sharing to be extremely problematic; there are simply too many opportunities for the mib to get out of sync. A warning that this situation could exist, and instructions for how to handle that situation would be a much better approach.

I have the same misgivings.  I'd rather it spelled out what it means
for one of these to exist when there is no corresponding LFIB entry.
(Removing the interdependencies might also simplify configuration.)
