I very much like the idea of having a living list of TCs in IETF MIB
modules on a web page, and if we have a stable URL and some content
by document publication time I would want to include a statement in
the document that the definitive version is at that URL (this is
analogous to what we do in a document that contains the initial
version of an IANA-maintained MIB module).  BTW, the current draft
does have some text at the beginning of Section 4.6.1.10 stating
that Appendix D contains "a partial list";  we could add that the
complete list is at the URL.  It probably would not hurt to make a
similar statement in the appendix too.

Juergen, would Bert's suggestion address your concerns?
