The whole thing about such web pages is that someone must maintain it
and that it must be clear how the pages are updated. Is the editor of
such a web page free to make updates as he/she sees reasonable? Should
there be a process that the contents is checked regularily to make
sure it stays up to date? I am not asking for a heavy weight procedure
but at least some discussion how to implement this I think is necessary.
