I have gone through a number of iterations with the authors.
Dave Perkins has chimed in too....

It may not be ideal, but I think it is acceptable. I'd like a
few more eyes to look at it, so that it can pass IETF Last Call.

The specific piece that I want people to check is the indexing
scheme for the mplsFTNMapTable. It is described in sect 5,6,7
and the DESCRIPTION clauses of the objects also contain good
information.
